Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)
In Teams of 3 Perform:
A) AMRAP in 15 Minutes
P1 = 500m Row
P2 = 20 Wt. Alternating Lunges
P3 = 20 Single arm DB Shoulder Press (10/10)
*Only one person may work at given station at a time. All partners must be complete with given movement before team can rotate. Scale appropriately.
Rest 5 Minutes, when the clock reaches 20 Perform:
B)AMRAP in 10 Minutes
P1 = 10 Burpee
P2 = AMRAP Push Ups
P3 = AMRAP Wall Balls
*Partner completing the 10 burpee is the time keeper for the AMRAP portions of work. Once partner completes 10 burpees teams will rotate to next movement. Score is total reps of push ups and wall balls
