CrossFit is constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. Workouts are typically short and intense, generally lasting 20 minutes or less. They are designed to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains.

This program utilizes what we like to call “individualized group training.” This allows athletes to receive the benefits of an individualized program or map, while simultaneously get the motivational aspect of training in a group environment. With this approach each athlete has his/her own individualized/customized program but performed in a group setting.
Sports Performance training at Surge is designed to increase and solidify each athlete’s foundation and base. As athletes progress through the program emphasis is placed on improving functional movement patterns, strength, stability, mobility, balance, agility, linear & lateral speed, power, and sport-specific conditioning. Whether you’re a youth, high school, collegiate or professional athlete our Sports Performance program will help take you to the next level.

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.
